Newport Bay Caravan Parklands


We are on the estuary at Newport.

Newport has become an area of high property prices.  But on our park, luxurious caravan holiday homes are available in one of Newport’s most desirable locations for a fraction of the six or seven figure prices you may come across in the housing market.

The park is situated between the small historic town of Newport and the coast. There are 70 holiday caravans scattered between four hedged fields which combined with the facility of a car park for all cars, unless loading or unloading, gives the feeling of a smaller, quieter park.

Believe it or not, our Newport Bay holiday caravan park begins at the water’s edge in the middle of this picture!


The Coastal Path passes our estuary boundary giving easy access to many small coves and beaches. The view below is of Traeth Mawr (Newport Beach), a beautiful sandy beach with adjacent golf-links. It is across the estuary from our park and only a short drive for the less energetic! Behind Newport is Carn Ingli, part of the Preseli mountain range, with footpaths giving breathtaking views of the Pembrokeshire coastline. Pony-trekking is also available.


Parrog beach (below) is only a few minutes walk from our park’s entrance.



Good eating and shopping can be found in the town, only a short walk from our park. Driving 20 minutes in either direction on the A487 takes you to Fishguard or Cardigan offering a wider choice. Ferry crossings, including day-trips to Ireland, leave from Fishguard Harbour.
