£60,000

A brilliant opportunity to own holiday home in the well-loved quaint town of Newport.

This Pemberton Marlow is in superb condition and is located on a great pitch on the park, plot 38. As you can see from the photos, this plot boats plenty of outdoor space with privacy on the rear, ground level decking which makes the perfect spot to create your own peaceful garden sanctuary.

The Marlow has been built to Residential Specification, which will guarantee you comfort whatever the weather. Perfect for the 9 month season at Newport Bay Caravan Parklands, from March 1st until November 30th. It includes better insulation with thicker walls and ceiling to increase energy efficiency, making the holiday home warmer in the colder months and cooler in the summer. Due to the insulation you can expect less noise pollution with the soundproofed walls; higher heating performance and lower energy bills with the A-rated appliances, plus improved air quality with the increased air flow through the home.

Step inside the open plan living space, which allows you to make the most of the outdoor views from inside. In the modern white kitchen there are plenty of home comforts which truly make time spent in this caravan a holiday. You’ll find appliances such as the integrated dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The glass dinning table is equipped with 4 comfy upholstered dinning chairs which brings the perfect opportunity for the family to come together at meal time.

The carpeted lounge area of the Marlow is light and airy and has front-facing French doors giving you easy access onto the outside decking. You’ll find some fantastic features here such as the large corner sofa and co-ordinating arm chair as well as the modern shelving which houses the feature fireplace and space for a wall hung television.

The bedrooms have a bespoke feel with their yellow and duck egg blue colour scheme. The master bedroom features a vanity space, ensuite bathroom and large wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single twin beds and is finished off nicely with over bed storage.

Opposite the twin bedroom you will find the main bathroom which further features plenty of cupboard space storage with an easy step-in shower.

The Marlow is one of Pemberton’s most loved caravans and is definitely one of our favourites too. Please get in touch to come and see this stunning caravan for yourself!

We use the trade body approved model contract which is in plain English and offers security and peace of mind to all involved. We usually provide sample copies of these contracts during our caravan viewing appointments.
