Pemberton Park Lane 2019 – SOLD

Pemberton Park Lane

Stunning holiday home with uninterrupted sea views

An amazing and rare opportunity to purchase your very own holiday home on one of our most sought after front row pitches at Newgale. Enjoy completely uninterrupted views overlooking Newgale beach from plot 37 in the comfort of one of Pemberton’s finest homes, the Park Lane.

When you enter the Park Lane, you can see that meticulous attention to detail has been invested in its interior design. The carefully curated colour palette sets the tone in the lounge, from the statement accent chairs and well-matched ottoman to the seamlessly integrated fireplace.

In the kitchen light floods in through a large window and a bank of integrated kitchen appliances frees up plenty of space for food preparation plus an ample dining area. The breakfast bar is nicely situated on the edge of the lounge creating a good social flow through all the areas.

In the master bedroom you will find a kingsize bed, vanity, a walk in wardrobe and generously sized en-suite bathroom.  The twin bedroom has 3ft single beds with a wardrobe and plenty of overhead storage. The main family sized bathroom also includes a bath as well as shower.

Yes. Two different contracts are required when purchasing a caravan with us, a purchase of static caravan agreement and a site license agreement.

We use the trade body approved model contract which is in plain English and offers security and peace of mind to all involved. We usually provide sample copies of these contracts during our caravan viewing appointments.
