A Private Coastal Retreat with Spectacular Sea Views

Discover this beautifully maintained 42 x 13, two-bedroom 2017 Pemberton Brompton, presented in an incredible condition and situated on plot 164 at Newgale Holiday Parks.

One of the standout locations on the park, this caravan sits at the top of a row, with no caravans directly in front or to the left, creating a wonderful sense of privacy and allowing you to enjoy the incredible sea views.

Inside, the generous living area offers a welcoming space to relax, with comfortable seating, a feature electric fireplace and large windows framing the beautiful coastal outlook. The open-plan layout creates a lovely sense of space, with an oak-effect beam subtly separating the lounge and kitchen.

The well-equipped kitchen offers ample workspace and storage, along with an integrated dishwasher for added convenience. An adjoining dining area provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals with family and friends.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom provides additional accommodation for family or guests, with the flexibility to be made up as a double bed or separated into two singles. A separate family bathroom completes this practical and comfortable layout.

Outside, the very spacious wooden decking provides plenty of room to sit back, entertain or simply take in the spectacular sea views. With its elevated position and private surroundings, it’s the perfect setting for enjoying the Pembrokeshire coastline.

Combining exceptional condition, generous living space and one of the most desirable positions on the park, this Pemberton Brompton offers a fantastic opportunity to own your own coastal retreat at Newgale Holiday Parks.
